Weather wise - welcome to the tropical South Pacific with its balmy humidity. The best time of year to surf here is from April - October, Very consistent with waves almost 150 days per year. |

Teahupoo is located deep in French Polynesia which is a collection of 100's of atolls and islands spread out over a vast area of the South Pacific. Teahupoo (Pro. Cho'Poo) is affectionately called many things including chopes, chopo and T'Chupoo.
