North Narrabeen (Narra) is a very famous sandy-bottom left hander wave up on Sydney's Northern Beaches. Surfers like Chris Davidson, Nathan Hedge and Damian Hardman call this place their home break. Winds are best from the NE/NW and swell is ideal from the NE/E.

While you are in the Northern Beaches of Sydney you should consider surfing Avalon Beach, Whale Beach, Newport beach or Dee Why. Alternatively, you can fly out from Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport and take a flight up to the Gold Coast to surf the legendary Superbank or over to Perth in West Australia to have a crack at some heavier waves like Margaret River.
