Ocean Pacific Clothing History
OP (Ocean Pacific) started in the 60’s as a surfboard company called Ocean Pacific. OP founder Jim Jenks started the apparel side of business in 1972. He wanted to create clothing that met the demands of surfers in and out of the surf. OP quickly became the name of the surf beach culture.
Today OP continues to create apparel for the youth culture sectors of surf, skate, snow, and urban/street fashion, for both males and females. The OP brand has a distinctive impression of being organic and grounded in surf culture not taken by sensationalism.

Today, OP has a team of athletes from around the world, featuring a current world champion, future world champions, and a heap of cool people who are out there for OP with their own individual styles.
